Screen PrintingLargest screen printing facility between Kansas City and St. Louis. We operate three automatic presses, two manuals along with direct print numbering. No job too small or large. 
EmbroideryMCX makes use of 27 embroidery heads allowing us to offer more competitive pricing and faster turn around.  Graphic DesignWe have three full time graphic artists that can guide you through your project or reproduce, exactly an existing design of your choice. At MCX you get one hour of free art time with your order. We also, can create a logo or graphic for your company at a competitive fee.  Promotional ProductsIf you can think of it. We can get it for you and with your logo or design. If you want us to think of it for you we have full time staff that can make suggestions and show you options.  Custom Import ProgramIf you want to save money and need bulk quantities, MCX can import most items at fantastic savings.
